Founder of connect-ഇൻ jobs , a portal for job seekers. The platform supports the candidates throughout their job journey starting from resume building to interview preparation.

Along with psychologists formed Heal ഇൻ, a mental support cell dedicated to helping community members cope with professional and personal life trauma.

Founded Skill-ഇൻ to promote skilled professionals across various industries by providing a platform to conduct both online and offline workshops.

Vision

Motivate women to enter entrepreneurship and guide and support them in their journey.

Help women with a career break to restart their career.

Organize networking meetups to help professionals break away from their routine, refresh, and build meaningful connections within their industry. I have already initiated meetups in Dubai, Cochin and calicut. And more meetups are in the pipeline.

My goal is to make LinkedIn a space for Malayalam voices!
